Reviews and Ratings
I had an enjoyable stay overall, with clean and comfortable accommodations and a fantastic spa experience. The location was convenient, being a short walk from local attractions. However, there were a few hiccups with the dining experience and some aspects of service that fell short, making it feel a bit less luxurious at times. Still, this hotel has great potential, especially for relaxation and pampering.
Our recent stay at the Four Seasons St. Louis was filled with high points, especially the stunning view of the Gateway Arch from our room and the exceptional service we received throughout our visit. While we loved the luxury vibe and the attentive staff, noise from the surrounding area and thin walls became hard to ignore at times. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we look forward to returning, although we hope for a quieter stay next time.
I had a lovely time during my stay at the hotel, enjoying breathtaking views of the arch and river. The spacious rooms were well-designed and the staff was generally accommodating, making for a pleasant experience. However, the noise levels from neighboring rooms and outside were disruptive at times, which affected my overall relaxation. While the dining options were enjoyable, some aspects of the service could be improved to match the hotel's luxury branding.
I had a lovely stay at the Four Seasons, where the service was exceptional and the amenities were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, even providing complimentary chocolate-covered strawberries upon arrival. However, my experience with the check-in process wasn't ideal, as it felt a bit chaotic and disorganized during our arrival. Overall, it was an enjoyable visit, but certain aspects could use some improvement.
Our stay at the Four Seasons St. Louis was a mix of highs and lows. While the hotel is beautifully renovated and the service at the pool was top-notch, we were disappointed with the unclean towels and inconsistent dining experiences. The atmosphere felt safe with limited guests, providing a unique charm amid the ongoing pandemic, yet the cleanliness issues took away from what could have been a perfect getaway.
